IS A BEGINNER LESSON FOR YOU??

If you've never surfed before or can catch waves but can't stand, or know the basics but need a refresher, then a beginner lesson is for you.

What does a beginner lesson involve??

1. We'll meet you at the beach or at our storage unit to kit you out with a quality, properly fitting wetsuit.

2. Safety briefing, which includes beach awareness, safety tips and surfing etiquete.

3. Warm up and dry land coaching on how to catch waves.

4. In the water for the practice of catching waves.

5. Dry land coaching on how to stand up.

6. THE BEST BIT. Hopefully, you're now catching waves and we've givin you the intruction on how to stand up. It's now all down to you.  HAVE FUN.

We are founder members of the surf safety scheme and our instructors are Surf Life Saving Lifeguards and coaches.
