8.30am Sunday. Plenty of swell about and Rest Bay is 4-5ft but messy and up on the rocks. We'll have a wave all day but staying messy as winds will be onshore.
Coney Beach is about 3ft at the moment and sheltered from the wind. Its well worth the trip over there and should give us a more consistant 3-4ft later this morning. It will drop off through early afternoon and give us a messy 2-3ft around low tide.
