8am Thursday. Just after low tide and Rest Bay is about 2ft with lightish winds. All that will change through the day as the winds are set to increase, so although we should have about 3ft+ later, it's likely to be a bit messy. The tide will be up on the rocks by about 12 too. This afternoon will give us a messy 2ft and will drop to low tide.
Coney Beach is less than 1ft at the moment and although it will give us a clean wave later this morning and early afternoon, its likely to be on the small side - maybe 1-2ft but should be ok for begginers.
