7.30am Thursday. Just after low tide and Rest Bay is 2ft and clean with light wind. We have a small wave on the sandbars so it could get to 2-3ft around high tide. Very likely to drop quickly this afternoon and drop to 1-2ft early afternoon, then dropping even further, to 1ft around low tide this evening.
Coney Beach is almost flat and although we'll have a wave there at high tide, it's likely to be just 1ftish.
