7.45am Friday. Lovely 2-3ft at Rest Bay, light wind and plenty of swell on the sandbars. Try to get in this morning as the wind is forecast to increase this afternoon. We should have a wave all day - 3-4ft this afternoon.
Coney Beach will be well worth a look around high tide this afternoon as it will be more sheltered from the wind and give us a good 3ft.
