8.30am New Years Eve. The tide is still a bit high at Rest Bay but weshould have about 2ft as it comes off the rocks. Light winds at the moment but that looks like it will change later in the day as the wind increases. We still have a large swell period so we should have a wave all day - 1-2ft around low tide and then increasing again later this afternoon but likley to be a bit messy with the wind increasing.
