8.45am Tuesday. Just before high tide and Rest Bay is about 2ft. Light winds, so it should be surfable for a few hours as the tide drops later this morning - only 2ft though, dropping to 1ftish around low tide.
Coney Beach is just 1ft and will go flat around low tide this afternoon
