7am Sunday. High tide and Rest Bay is about 2ft and messy. We'll have a wave all day but likely to be messy with onshore winds. We should have about 2-3ft on the incoming tide this afternoon
Coney Beach is a little more sheltered but just 1ft, going flat around low tide.
