8am Friday. Tide is still dropping and Rest Bay is about 3ft but windy. With winds forecast to incease this afternoon, we'll have a big messy wave - maybe 4-5ft.
Coney Beach will provide a little more shelter from the wind around high tide and give us 3-4ft.
