8.20am Friday. Swell has dropped and its high tide. Rest Bay is a sloppy 2ft with the odd bigger set, Coney Beach is cleaner but only 1-2ft. Both Beaches will drop off as the tide drops and the surf will get smaller and messier. Low tide today will be 1-2ft and a bit chopped up.
