9am Thursday. Wind has dropped from yesterday but still windy. Dropping tide and Rest Bay is 3-4ft and Coney Beach is 2ft.Surf will drop to low tide and pick up this afternoon windy but maybe crossoff. Coney Beach should be a little cleaner this afternoon and 4-5ft.
