9am Monday. Pretty small today. The tide is up on the rocks at Rest Bay and we have about 1-2ft but its up too high. We're likely to get about 1ft as it drops off the rocks and just a little chopy with crossshore winds.
Coney Beach is just 1ft and will go flat as the tide drops back out.
