8am Friday. Dropping tide and Rest Bay is about 1-2ft, it will get smaller with the dropping tide and go almost flat around low tide. We'll get a small 2ft wave on the incoming tide later this afternoon but it may be a little messy if the wind stays oncshore but it is forecast to change and go offshore.
Coney Beach is almost flat and looks like it will stay that way for most of the day - just giving us 1ft around high tide this evening.
