8.30am Friday. Dropping tide and Rest Bay is about 2ft. A good swell period so we should have a wave all morning - going 1-2ft around low tide and then picking up again later this afternoon with the incoming tide - maybe 3ft sets. The wind isn't too strong today either. The tide will be up on the rocks at Rest Bay at around 4.30 and won't drop back off until about 6.30 when it will give us about 2-3ft again.
Coney Beach is flat and will stay that way for most of the day - picking up around high tide this evening and giving us 2ft on sets - should be clean though.
