8.30am Thursday. Rest Bay is a messy 2-3ft and up on the rocks. It's likely to stay up on the rocks until about 10.30am and then should give us about 2ft as it drops off the rocks. A bit messy for most of the day, as we moderate Westerly winds. It's likely to go about 1ft as it gets to low tide and we won't get much until this evening with the incoming tide - about 2-3ft again.
Coney Beach has some 2ft sets but will drop quickly with the outgoing tide - 1ft later this morning and flat around low tide. 1-2ft later this evening around high tide. Its light until 10pm so we should be able to surf even on the dropping tide.
