9am Friday. Rest Bay is still a bit high and should give us a clean 2ft for a few hours this morning. Not much energy in the swell so it will drop quickly with the dropping tide. Going sorta 1ft around low tide but picking up again this afternoon with the incoming tide and giving us about 2ft again with some bigger sets just before dark.
Coney Beach is almost flat - just 1ft and a little messy and then going flat later this morning.
