9am Sunday. Rest Bay is a bit high and also a bit small - Its just 1-2ft but with a big swell period it could give us some 2ft sets for an hour or so as it comes off the rocks. Its likely to be small for most of the day with just 1-2ft on sets - it could start to pick up after low tide but then it will go dark. Keep an eye on instagrm and twitter updates.
Coney Beach is just 1ft and will go flat quickly, later this morning., Staying flat for the rest of the day.
