8am Thursday. Our Hire Centre at Rest Bay is CLOSED due to the extreme wind - gusting up to 45mph. High tide and Rest Bay is 8-10ft, Coney Beach is 4-5ft, both beaches are just messy - not surfable. Dropping tide will see both beaches get even messier, like a cream cake food fight. More of the same for most of the day.
