8.35am Wednesday. Wind is a lot lighter today. Dropping tide and Rest Bay is about 3ft and surfable. Coney Beach is about 1-2ft but will drop with the outgoing tide. We should get about 3-4ft later this afternoon at Rest Bay and a cleaner 2-3ft at Coney Beach
