7.45am Tuesday. Plenty of swell about but a bit high at Rest Bay at the moment although lovely 3-4ft with the odd bigger set. Coney Beach is 2-3ft with bigger sets. It will drop off with the dropping tide but should be surfable for most of the day.
Apologies again for quality of pictures - my camera is on its last legs. If anyone has a digital SLR they want to sell - i'd be very interested.
