7.30am Sunday. About as good as it gets. Low tide Rest Bay and 3-4ft on sets, Loads of swell on the sandbars. The wind is perhaps a little too strong offshore but still good. Coney beach is 2ft but should increase to a good 3ft around low tide at 1pm.
Wavebouy is down but plenty of swell.
