7.30am Thursday. Winds have dropped but so has swell. Rest Bay is 2ft and will get smaller to low tide around 12 but should build up again this afternoon on the incoming tide - maybe giving us a clean 2ft again.
Coney Beach is almost flat and will stay flat for mosy of the day and give us just a small 1-2ft around high tide this evening.
