8.45am Friday. Big tides up on the rocks at Rest Bay which is about 3-4ft but messy due to strong Southerly wind. We should have a messy wave all day and about 2-3ft around low tide.
Coney Beach is a messy 2ft and will stay messy all day due to wind. Its unlikely to be sheltered from the wind this afternoon.
