8.15am Thursday. High Tide. Rest Bay is up on the rocks but there looks like it will give us a surfable 2ft with maybe the odd bigger set for a couple of hours this morning. Dropping to 1ft around low tide. It looks like the swell period will drop this afternoon so its unlikely that we'll have much bigger than 2ft this afternoon/evening as the tide pushes in.
Coney Beach is 1ft with slightly bigger sets - just about surfable on a longboard for the next hour or so, but will drop quickly, going flat around low tide. Nothing much for this afternoon.
