7.30am Sunday. It looks about the same as yesterday so we'll get a wave all day. Tide is up on the rocks at Rest Bay and won't be back off the rocks until about 11am. Rest Bay is a good 3-4ft and should give us a good 3ft for a few hours later this morning. It will drop with the dropping tide but should still be 2ft around low tide and increase again this evening. The wind looks like it will pick up this afternoon so it's likely to be a little chopy.
Coney Beach is about 2ft with the odd bigger set and should be surfable for most of the morning but dropping to low tide. We could get a surfable wave there this evening just before dark but a bit on the small side.
