8am Wednesday. Rest Bay tide is still on the rocks, dropping though and about 2ft. Strong winds pushing in 1-2ft as it drops off the rocks, getting a messy 1ft around low tide. Increasing winds and incoming tide will give us a messy 3-4ft this afternoon.
Coney Beach is about 1ft and will go flat around low tide. We'll get 2ft+ this afternoon and will be a little more sheltered from the wind.
